DIGITAL AWARD ACTIVATION
Campaign focus: Mystery, fandom and real-world immersion aligned with Sleep Token’s “Even In Arcadia” narrative

For the 2024 World Freestyle Football Championship, hosted in partnership between Juventus and the World Freestyle Football Association (WFFA), Certifi was commissioned to design a next-generation digital trophy experience. The aim was to elevate the traditional post-event celebration through augmented reality, giving champions a shareable, modern way to commemorate their victory. Certifi’s bespoke AR trophy became the centrepiece of the winners’ celebrations, blending sport, technology, and storytelling in a globally visible moment.

Mechanics of the Activation
Bespoke AR Trophy Design:
Certifi created a hyper-realistic digital trophy for each competition category, designed to reflect the dynamism and artistry of freestyle football while incorporating Juventus’ black-and-white identity and WFFA branding.
Instant AR Integration:
The winners accessed their trophy instantly via a QR-based AR trigger, no download or sign-up required, allowing them to pose with their digital silverware seconds after victory.
Social Media Shareability:
Champions captured and shared their celebratory moments with the AR trophies across social media, generating global reach and amplifying both Juventus’ and the WFFA’s event visibility.
Seamless On-Site Execution:
The AR activation was designed for live broadcast compatibility, allowing for fast, repeatable deployment during the event’s media and photo opportunities.
Everlasting Digital Keepsake:
Each winner retained their AR trophy post-event, a digital memento of their world title that can be revisited and re-shared indefinitely. The result was a striking fusion of sporting achievement and digital artistry, aligning perfectly with Juventus’ commitment to innovation and the WFFA’s global creative spirit.
